No need to worry! Our app does send a sound notification.
Firstly, please go to our More > Alert Settings page in our mobile app and send yourself a test notification to see if you get a sound.
If you are not hearing any sound, it may be due to your phone's volume, do-not-disturb or notification settings.
If you have no sound, please check that your phone is not set to silent, do not disturb, or vibration, and try again.
If that fails, please get in touch with us, and with what phone model you have, and a screenshot of your notifications page in your phone's settings for our app, if possible (Settings>Apps>SafeTag>
