Yes, you can choose either Miles / Miles per hour or KM / Kilometres per hour.
On mobile, you can change this in your app's "More" page, in the navigation bar, then tap "Distance/Speed Unit".
On the web, just toggle the sidebar on the live tracking or location history screen.
