To get your free trial, please follow the activation process outlined in your in-box manuals.
This includes signing up for an account on our site, completing the activation form, and then entering payment details for the tracker's activation subscription.
Once done, this enables the SIM installed in your tracker.
All new trackers have a one-time 7-day free trial, so you won't be charged after entering your payment details.
You can cancel for free at any time before your 7-day period ends via our web portal.
After the 7-day free trial, your card will automatically be charged the amount shown during your activation process, and will be charged every month, every 3 months, or every year, depending on your chosen billing cycle, until you cancel.
