How do I upgrade my tracker location upload rate?

I haven't registered and activated my tracker's plan yet

- When you activate your tracker in our web app by filling in the Add Tracker form, you will be given the chance to change your refresh rate under the coverage zone map

I already have a subscription plan for my tracker

1. Go to app.safetagtracking.com/my-devices and log in if necessary

2. Click "Manage" next to the tracker you'd like to upgrade

3. At the bottom of the Subscription Management pop-up, you can change the refresh rate.

4. Then press "Update Plan"

5. We will then attempt to charge your payment method the difference between your old plan and new plan, so if your tracker says "Overdue" after the window closes, please make the overdue payment!
